Most videos use 100 credits, HD versions 200 or 300. Buy a one-time credit pack (100 credits for $9.99, 300 for $24.99, 900 for $59.99, 3,300 for $199.99; pack credits never expire) or subscribe from $19.99 a month for 300 credits, 20% less when paid yearly. Plan credits reset each month and are used before pack credits. If a video fails, your credits come back automatically.
Credits from one-time packs never expire. Plan credits are added every month, also on yearly plans, and unused plan credits reset when the next month starts. Plan credits are always spent before pack credits.
Open Credits in your account and press Manage plan, or email us. You will not be charged again, and the plan with its remaining credits stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
