The trend started with a TikTok posted on September 2, 2026. A guy films himself in an empty parking lot at night, flashes two green number cards at the camera, sweeps them across the lens, and when they come down a sports car is standing in the spot that was empty a second ago. He points back at it with his thumb and keeps talking like nothing happened.
People named it after the sound it is posted with, "Unforgettable". Because the two cards are a 2 and a 4, it is also called the 24 car trend, and some search it as the UNO reverse car transition. From late September people recreated it with real cars, and AI versions that put anyone in front of any car followed in early October 2026.
